Not only has our 3,000 acre ranch been a prime location for Whitetail Deer hunting for years, but it is also a premier wingshooting lodge. We pride ourselves in providing you with quality hunting and excellent accommodations. The hunting grounds consists of prime woodlands and open fields where comfortable hunting stands have been established. A variety of hunts are available at the ranch ranging from trophy whitetail deer and trophy bull elk hunts to wild hog and buffalo hunts. Transportation to local taxidermist and meat processing is also available.

The Ducks-n-Dogs Hunt Club and Guide Service features some of the best duck & waterfowl hunting and trout fishing in Arkansas. Located in St. Charles, Arkansas next to the White River Refuge, it sits right in the middle of the magic triangle where the White River, Arkansas River and Mississippi River meet, to produce a hunter's dream location for not only fantastic duck hunting but also trout fishing. Your day will begin with a delicious light breakfast around 5:30 a.m. You'll then depart for the duck blinds around 6:00 a.m. After a fun and exciting duck hunt, you'll return to the comforts of the lodge for an unforgettable full breakfast. After breakfast, you're free to get cleaned up, rest and relax by enjoying satellite TV and other recreation at the lodge. Around 6:30 p.m. you'll enjoy a big southern-style supper, so be sure to save room for dessert! Not long after supper, most folks are ready for bed in anticipation of another day of great duck hunting.

The Bayou Meto Lodge, located about 15 miles south of Stuttgart, Arkansas, sits in the shadow of the 34,000 acre Bayou Meto Wildlife Management Area. In the heart of the Mississippi Flyway, this area is considered by many to offer the best duck hunting in the country when migrating waterfowl move south to winter over in agricultural fields and bottomlands.

This past waterfowl season was a great one for Beaver Dam Duck Hunts. We saw increased numbers of Mallards in the fields, and many of you killed your limit or just narrowly missed it. The past four years we have enjoyed a gradual improvement in seasons. The last three weeks of the season, reminded me of the early 80s. There literally were thousands of birds on our field almost every day.

I've decided to retire from the hunting business. I offered to give the business operation to the guide staff that had been with me and stayed through last season and let them buy what equipment they might need/want at market price. However, due to some policy changes at their regular jobs, work would not permit them to handle the management of the operation, guide and a have any sort of personal life ... which I understand better than anyone!
I knew those staff members could and would have run the operation right, but it just wasn't meant to be. With their decision not to take the business over, added to increasing knee and back problems, along with a significant amount of additional rental units that need consistent upkeep ... I decided to retire from the hunting business completely.
